My Life

Story

I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. I moved to Ypsilanti, Michigan to further my academic goals and that is when I fell in love with transforming lives with locs.

After graduation, I wanted to continue working in the field in which I received my degree, but locs is something I couldn't stay away from. So I moved to Houston to pursue my dreams.

As a self-taught loctician, educator, and mentor I have written a curriculum specifically for teaching beginner classes to up-and-coming locticians.

I hope to one day start teaching classes as a master loctician in Houston.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED!!

A NON-REFUNDABLE, 15% DEPOSIT & FULL NAME is required to secure your appointment. NO deposit = NO appointment!!!

Deposits can be paid through ZELLE or APPLE PAY (708) 953-2394

COURTESY POLICY:

No calls or texts outside of business hours (Wed , Thurs, Fri 5pm-8pm Sat & Sun 8am - 8pm

Early Hour/Late Hour/Holiday/Weekday appointments have a $40 convenience fee

CONSULTATION POLICY:

Some services require a consultation before being able to book an appointment. Consultations can be in person on online via ZOOM. Consultations are $15 and go toward your final cost. Once an ONLINE consultation is booked please include your full name and email in the notes. You will receive an email with the link to the the zoom meeting within 24 hours.

LATE ARRIVAL:

I like to provide myself and my clients a 15-minute courtesy = 30 minutes total. Somedays I can run behind so I will let you know beforehand if I need to push back the time. After the 15-minute grace period, a $20 late fee added to your service. Up to 30-minutes after your appointment is canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice through the booking app if you need to cancel. If the loctician must cancel, your deposit will be refunded to the form of payment you processed with. If the client needs to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded. Once the appointment is canceled the deposit is voided.

NO CALL NO SHOWs are blacklisted and unable to schedule with me again.

Reschedule Policy:

Please contact the loctician via text to reschedule an appointment. Clients are allowed to reschedule twice! You can transfer your deposit to ONE rescheduled appointment. If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit is required.
